RaQTweak.com is a registered and legitimate Dutch company. RAQTweak BV is a subsidiary fully owned by its parent company Herps Corporate Holding BV. Both companies are so called BV's (Besloten Vennootschap). This is the Dutch version of LLC (USA), LTD (UK) and GmbH (GER). However, unlike in many other countries, when setting up a BV it is required by state law that the owner and/or founder(s) of the company go through several legal investigations such as: Bankruptcy, Criminal Records and many more. This ensures you that our business is 100% legit and trustworthy!

All our operators speak either fluent English, Dutch and some even German.
Our main servers are located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands but we have several backups in the United States.
Our main business is to provide support and consultancy for

We have been working with Sun/Cobalt RAQs since 1999 and we have specialized in support/consultancy as well as installations since early 2001. We officially registered as RAQTWEAK in July 2002.
Since then we have worked on literally 1000's of RAQs. Lately, we've also been developing for

Cobalt alternatives such as BlueQuartz and RACKSTAR

The founder of the company, Leslie Herps, is the founder of several ISPs, and now also the founder of RAQTweak.com. Not only is he CEO as well as Senior Consultant and Sun/Cobalt Expert, he also has a legal background. His holding company, Herps Corporate Holding B.V., was also the only investor in the development of the RACKSTAR Server Appliance project.

Client data & safety:

All of our client data is being backed up frequently to portable harddisks which are stored in a highly secured multiple private vaults we have in the ING Bank in Maastricht, The Netherlands. This vault has three security checks and is being monitored by camera's. Only authorized RAQTweak personnel have access to the dedicated vault which contains all client information.
Please note that we NEVER store IPs and admin passwords for safety and legal reasons!!
