Our

Automated Backup System

  automatically backs up your RAQ on a scheduled base (daily, weekly or monthly), but backs up only safe information:
• Your Websites and their log files
• Your users, their passwords, and their E-Mail
• mySQL data
• DNS Records

It transfers the backup of the above to another server using FTP or SCP (Secure Copy Protocol).

What does it NOT back up?:

• Any additional programs installed.

Why? Because this tool has also been developed to protect yourself against hackers. When a hacker hacks your server he will most probably install additional software like

root kits

 to gain easier access to your server. A recovery of a backup that includes these programs is not something you want!
