We have done many migrations, and reparations in the past.

How does it work?:

Migration
• You need 2 servers, the OLD server, and the NEW server. They both have to be online.
• We run a backup on the old server. We backup: sites, site content, users, E-Mail, passwords, mySQL and DNS.
• DNS Migration
• We transfer this to the new server and import everything there. We can adjust IPs if necessary, in case you changed ISP. (Note: The IP changing service has to be requested by the customer. Depending on the amount of IPs that have to be changed, additional costs may apply. Please contact us for more information.

Repair a broken server

• We run a backup on the old server. We backup: sites, site content, users, E-Mail, passwords, mySQL and DNS
• You restore the server (RAQ's: RACKSTAR OS recommended) and notify us when this has been done.
• We restore the backup.
• You now have a clean, factory default and working server with all your sites and databases still on it!
